Shipping and Returns
- JigSkinz are warrantied against manufacturers defects not user error.
- Please follow all instructions and video tutorials.
- Direct exposure to heat or sunlight may damage the product prior to installation.
- Keep in a cool area out of direct sunlight until used.
- Extreme caution should be used when shrinking JigSkinz as they require the use of heat in excess of 200 degrees.
- Temperatures over 280 degrees will damage the product beyond repair.
- If you do not feel comfortable using our products please return them prior to use for a full refund.
SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
All New Zealand orders are dispatched from JigSkinz NZ in Tauranga.
Please allow five working days for orders to be shipped.
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
JigSkinz NZ offers international shipping to countries outside of New Zealand.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 10 days.
Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us at info@jigskinz.nz within 5 days of delivery and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order provided we have not yet sent it. (see Returns) We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
